Meet Our Trainer
Duncan Taborda is a qualified and experienced trainer with over 13 years’ experience delivering workplace training both face to face and through virtual learning sessions. Passionate about helping individuals develop their skills and knowledge, Duncan is committed to supporting career progression and improving confidence within every learner’s role.
With an up-to-date DBS check and extensive experience across First Aid, Health and Social Care training, Duncan provides high-quality, practical training tailored to meet the needs of individuals and employers.
First Aid courses are delivered face to face, either within the workplace or at Countrywide Training’s training offices in North West London. Mandatory Health and Social Care courses can be delivered face to face in the workplace or virtually via Zoom, depending on the needs of the employer. Health and Social Care diplomas are delivered through a blended approach, combining both face-to-face and virtual learning.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1-Day Course)
Give your team the confidence and essential skills to respond effectively in an emergency with our Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. Designed for workplaces where a first aid risk assessment identifies the need for an Emergency First Aider, this one-day course provides learners with the practical knowledge required to deliver safe and effective first aid support.
Covering key emergency procedures including CPR, AED awareness, choking, bleeding control, burns, shock and managing an unresponsive casualty, this course prepares participants to act quickly and confidently when faced with a workplace emergency.
Delivered by experienced trainers, the qualification meets Health & Safety requirements and successful learners will receive a three-year Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
Health & Social Care Training Courses

Our practical and engaging training can be delivered face to face or remotely, providing flexibility to suit your organisation’s requirements. Whether you need a full-day course or multiple half-day sessions, we can help ensure your staff have the knowledge and confidence needed to provide safe, effective care.
Courses are available for groups of up to 12 members of staff, with additional training options available upon request.
First Aid at Work (3-Day Course)
Equip your workplace with confident and capable first aiders through our comprehensive First Aid at Work qualification. Designed for workplaces where a first aid risk assessment identifies the need for trained first aid personnel, this recognised three-day course provides learners with the essential skills and knowledge to respond safely and effectively to a wide range of emergencies.
Covering everything from CPR and AED awareness to managing injuries, illness, bleeding, choking, burns and medical emergencies, this practical course helps participants build the confidence needed to act quickly when it matters most.
Delivered by experienced trainers, the qualification meets Health & Safety requirements and provides successful learners with a three-year First Aid at Work certificate.
Health & Social Care Diplomas (Level 2 & Level 3)
